Been using this branch for many years and was very happy and they always looked after me.. Until the other day, one of the women didn't understand what I was saying, and I know I was in the right, but she shook her head and looked down at me. Snobby woman would have been yelled at by me if she wasn't hiding behind a shield and desk. She shouldn't be working there.. Everyone else is nice... But that one woman should be shown the door. I almost closed my account and still might, cause feel horrible after being treated like that from a the people who look after your savings.

Went in to get a print out of my statement and got somebody's else. When I pointed out the mistake the teller just rolled her eyes at me. Then 2 days later they sent that person's statement in the mail.

I'm a new customer to the Riverlink Branch after having only moved to the area a year ago, I've had satisfactory service so far until a couple of weeks ago when I went in to get a international check I received from the university I graduated from in America cashed in. The woman at the counter didn't know what to do & asked another woman about it who told us it was a 6 week process, when I asked for the woman at the counter another question she rudely told me that she didn't know as she wasn't a teller (which wis confusing because what was she doing at the counter if she wasn't) her body language & her tone of voice was very condescending. I couldn't believe how she was talking to me, I will not be taking my business to this branch ever again.
