I like it more then the redbank branch but still you take a while just to use a teller to get money out and I can't use the atm on certain accounts however the customer service is always good

I know many people had worst experience here but it doesn't seems to be like this when i visited the place for the first time.. So giving it one star is not worth i think... I got better service, fast deposit and the staff was hospitable especially (Alleyn) or something like that name.. (I don't remember particularly) ....But this branch was not so good in infrastructure as there were no specific counters, the deposit was made on a little computer window with a little-most shelf, along with it, standing a staff member making the deposit... So it was something like backward and awkward... But everything was good and i repeat, one star is not worth for such a cute little place... 🙂

This is the slowest branch/bank I have ever been to. They have one teller open and can take ten minutes to withdraw cash. There is a line of customers to the door, with half of them leaving before they are served. Let alone the way you're treated if they don't like the look of you. Absolutely terrible. One star is the lowest rating I can give.

Went to this bank for a home loan got told looks good sent application told me they would be back to me with in 3-7 days I heard no response back i called them no answer went Into the bank they said oh got declined I'll sent back and see if I can get a smaller amount then told me they would get back to me again never did again even called again no response or call back went to Commonwealth bank gave me the loan pre approval in the spot
