The rating of 1 star is a bit of a stretch,
After approaching the desk where a lady was sitting doing her data entry not serving I stood there for at least 5 mins with a disabled child in a wheelchair obviously not happy no further customer contact until finally she looked up and said YES good customer service .I handed a plastic torn $50 note and asked if it could be replaced common practise in banks I thought WRONG.
After a period of time and a lot of meaningless question she tells me it can't be replaced I just wasted 15 mins of my time trying to do the right thing ,thankyou very much my advice to anybody thinking of opening an account DONT.
