Sam is reliable, professional and prompt. He has managed to complete some of the most difficult jobs. We were unable to source a lock to replace one we had in a door - looked absolutely everywhere, and we were told the only thing we could do is replace with something different which would have changed the look of the door - Sam managed to repair it. Have used them for years and they come highly recommended.

Locksmith was over an hour late. Quoted me $150. Said he had done many jobs in my building before but still took half and hour to open the lock. After the job was done he ask for more money saying the lock was special.
