The person who managed mu tax return didn't know how to use properly their software and was in general not very helpful.nHe also asked me to go online to give them a 5 stars rating. He gave me a discount on the overall cost but I suspect it's common procedure for them. My overall experience was very underwhelming. It's my second visit there (2017) and my first one with another accountant was better.

Terry and Kiet are the BEST, I cannot fault their professionalism and their substantial value for their fee. My returns are based on complex situations, whereupon such are simplified by their pragmatic approaches.

Terry is great - tax return sorted in 30mins with a decent chunk of change back. Great value for money and everyone was very professional. Highly recommend PTE and will no doubt be back next year!
