1st time: Drivers Lincense Interstate TransfernI get told by the service person that I don't have a permanent residency visa even though I had my visa paper with me... You can imagine my surprise when a government employee tells me that I don't have the visa that I thought I had been granted 2 years ago. Seriously what is this? It was almost comical. That extra time trying to convince him that the visa I hold is indeed a permanent residency visa was totally unnecessary.nn2nd time: Interstate Car RegistrationnThe English lady we got was very rude to us and an older gentleman before us. Then we get asked for a document that was not properly specified on the website.nnFor anyone trying to transfer an interstate car registration for a car that you bought brand new in the previous state, you need your previous state's current year's certificate of car registration or renewal notice with your name on it, or else you will need to pay stamp duty for your car again for your NSW registration. The Service NSW website doesn't seem to specify this. Instead it says you can just use a proof of purchase.nnAlso it would have been great if they could just look up the interstate car registration if it's indeed in our name since we had our IDs. But I guess a system like that would make too much sense to be implemented.

Wheelchair accessible and very helpful friendly staff - including the security guard! Completed my enquire so quickly all with me waiting outside (spacing due to covid).nnCan never speak highly enough of Service NSW these days. Whoever implemented the changes of service greeting you at the door and new ticketing system is an absolutely champion.

I had a driving test here. The examiner was very nice and helped me overcome anxiety.He Greet with smile talk politely.nThank You Victor. You are amazing Man.Keep it up.

I have generally had a very positive experience at this centre. The staff are genuinely helpful, the waiting time is minimal & I don’t leave in an upset/annoyed mood!nThanks to all the staff at this centre & thanks for your patience!

Trying to get rego refund back from nsw.nAlmost impossible. Daughter handed plates into Bondi Junction. They refused them without a form from me as I'm the owner. I can't get a form from SA til plates have been handed in. NSW playing their face. Or should I say a clerk in the office playing her face. Quite disgusting, no wonder people give up trying to get their money back
