Excellent fast friendly service took in my old car locks and keys, and they fixed them on the spot quickly and inexpensively. Very impressed.

Got a spare transponder key cut for a 2001 Mazda 121 metro, was quoted $120 which is slightly cheaper than other places. Service was very quick and direct with no fuss.

Spent over $300 with these guys and while they may cut keys fine their customer service could definitely use an improvement. I don't believe they showed any interest or appreciation in our business, didn't smile and definitely didn't say thank you. If we weren't in a rush we would've gone elsewhere, won't return.

The service and quality delivered from PRV is disgraceful ud83dude21. I have used their services 3 times now and all have been incredibly dissapointing. From overcharging (by at least twice the price!!!) for goods, to not providing keys paid for, and cutting keys incorrectly and me getting locked out as a result- this place has been my worst nightmare. And to top it off, they never ever follow up on ANYTHING despite numerous promises. The staff at Botany have a terrible attitude and are incredibly rude also. I like to support local businesses and never leave bad reviews but honestly feel like it's my duty to at least warn others. BUYER BEWARE!!!!
