I had the worst customer service!!! Beryl was so mean and rude, not sure if she was having a bad day or that’s her personality but there’s no excuse to her behaviour.nAt the end while I was paying she requested my email address and because of her behaviour and her service I said I’m not interested I don’t want to give my email… her answer was it’s just an email and it’s free you don’t have to pay to register just give an email !nI felt pressured, uncomfortable and unwelcome!nI am paying for my items not getting them for free i had to rush out of that door because even my 9 year old was uncomfortable!!!nVery disappointing as I like to shop at your store but with a service like that, never again .
Recently bought new sheet sets n quilt cover. Love the colours. Also bought some new placements for our new table. Thanks Beryl for all your help.
