Great gym! Michael is a great manager there.

Am welcomed by Mel everytime I go in.

Signed up with my wife 18 Nov 19 and debits were not to occur until 2 January 2020 on each of our accounts. I was debited in full the very next day I signed up, my wife's account was not debited. Been trying to call the mobile associated for 3 days and straight to message bank and not responding to emails. Gym is new and fresh but the staff are unattentive and fail in their duties when a binding contract is in place.

Great location. On site parking available. 24hr, 7 day a week access. Friendly and helpful staff. Decent amount of gym equipment available to use. Would be good to have more classes available.

Unable to access all equipment areas within the gym, as I was not a member of West Ipswich Snap, not good, you pay a weekly fee to access all Snap gyms around the world, therefore you should be able to access all equipment within each gym!!!!!!! West Ipswich Snap need to change this as a matter of high priority!!!!
