F45 Training Ipswich Central

Stopped in twice as a casual visit from NSW. Fantastic atmosphere! Extremely welcoming staff/members. Sufficient parking. Easy to find location. Very organised and clean environment. Definitely my pick of F45s if I was be local.

Felt welcome straight away by the amazing trainers and owners. Great variety of workouts and friendly members as well. Everything you’d want from a fitness community, excellent value for money.

It only took one session to know that F45 was right for me! After moving house and coming from a similar style of circuit training in Brisbane, it was a seamless transition and everyone (coaches and F45ers alike) have made me feel SO welcome. Can’t wait to work my way back up to daily sessions!
