CrossFit Western Front

I had tried a few gyms but often felt out of place. Alex and Kate who run CFWF are helpful professional people they always make you feel welcome, always have a smile and time to help . The classes are great all the coaches keep an eye on everyone in the class and you always work to your own ability with a bit of a push if needed. I would recommend this Cross Fit gym to anyone who asked me of any age and any fitness. Thank you Kate and Alex for your wonderful facility,

I would highly recommend cross fit western front for anyone that wants to change their lives for the better. Alex and Kate are amazing trainers and have your goals and your best interest at heart. I am so happy i decided to take the leap and join.

I have trained at gyms and done a variety of different fitness styles, but I have rarely felt so welcomed and encouraged as I have at CFWF. The trainers are inspiring and commited, and give time and patience to help out the people doing their workout of which they are extremely knowledgeable. Not to mention the other people training there are also friendly and encouraging.
