Very friendly staff. Amazing service.nWent for my puppy neutering. They sent us images of him before and after surgery to make us stress free. Love the team. Even though its a bit far from my place, will definitely visit for future appointments. :)

The Vets are good...knowledgeable., patient and good at explaining what may or may not be needed.nThe staff at reception desk always have a smile and if your dog clocks his leg ud83dude03 not a problem !

My 3 years old cat recently became lethargic and refused eat or drink. I tried to book my usual vet, explaining the situation, but they didn’t have any session available on the day. I tried few other places near by but they all could not take him because the sessions were all fully booked. When I called Vetmed as a last hope, they didn’t have session available either. However, the nurse was very attentive when I explained the situation then she squeezed noon session for my cat. She even called me when someone cancelled on earlier session so I was able to take my cat to see a vet sooner. Furthermore, the vets were very responsive when I left messages to call me and even followed me up to see how my cat is. I am so satisfied with their service and care, and will bring my cats to Vetmed for future services.

Vetmed was recommend to me by a client of mine who also has a kitten. They've been great! Super gentle and careful. And even though Snafu gets stress in the car on the way there, he is always fine at the vet and on the way back! Never gets roughed up!
