Best self-defence school I've trained at. Very friendly people. Trent who instructs is a body mechanics guru and knows how to break down very complicated techniques so that anybody can understand and learn them. Very functional options to defend yourself are taught to practitioners Caters for a large variety of body types and skill levels. If you want to learn how to defend yourself this is where you should be.
Very encouraging and supportive place to learn useful skills. Definitely recommend 👌🏻
