Helped me move to a new suburb in Brisbane, on time and extremely professional. Got my stuff there in one piece at a reasonable rate and did it in under 2 hours. Will use these guys again if I need a move like this.

Wow - Very unimpressed... I spent the morning helping my friend move house and was utterly disappointed. I am moving in 2 weekends time and planning to use this business - well not anymore. Two men arrived - one young, eager and helpful. The other - old, chatty and lethargic. Firstly - weren’t informed over the phone it was depot to depot cost. Secondly - For a 15 minute drive in a car it took the truck 25 minutes to arrive AND took an EXTRA 15 minutes longer in travel for a 10 minute around the corner travel to the new house. They left heavy items that were instructed to go into bedrooms in the garage (for us to move). When old mate decided to take a bedside table into the room - I grabbed the second bedside table after him to follow him in... I was back out at the truck for a second load to grab before he even made it to the room... wow... how!? He stopped to grab a drink and have a breath for 5 minutes.... 6 minutes before the whole job was done... Between all the stopping and talking - the unprofessional conversation- lack of information- lazy attitude- bad odour - over pricing and all around unprofessionalism... this business, in my opinion, is worthy of a whole 1 star.

Springall movers were professional, swift, flexible and quiet! I would book them again definitely.
