Ipswich Art Gallery

The kids exhibition (wind tubes) is great! Arts and crafts to create a flying object and figuring out how to get it to fly best in the wind tubes! The booking system means no more big queues during the holidays.

This gallery has a good variety of activities for kids during school holidays. For example, the tape escape exhibit that had consisted of a while area of tape. Another recent one was the colour science exhibit which gave a great way for kids to interact and learn about colour. It's out of Brisbane but the trip is worth considering. The staff are nice, friendly and helpful.

Didn't know what to expect. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, interesting exhibition. Worth a visit.

Beautifully set out. The art works from old Ipswich are a lovely window to our past. The colour exhibition is amazing and not just for children. Staff are always polite and helpful. Covid safe precautions very evident.
