I rang around for a Hotwater System valve, K&R's price was 20% cheaper than any of the other competitors, Not only that, when it didn't fix my problem. I returned the part and they gave me a full refund, no hassles, no fuss, (NO BS 30% "restocking" fee) and a heap of friendly free advice as well. cheers K&R
