Michael came out to our home ( on a weekend) to perform the procedure, arrived on time was extremely courteous and did an outstanding job. I'm not usually one to write reviews but Michael was amazing! He was punctual, efficient and patient. After being told by VW that I would have to wait 3 weeks for a new key, I gave Michael a call and within 4 hours of me making the call, he had unlocked my car and provided me with 2 brand new keys for less than the price that VW had quoted me for 1 key. The whole procedure took under an hour. Highly recommend!

Micheal came out to my car, meet me on site and was very helpful he explained to me the problems and showed me what needed to be done. It wasn’t a simple job and took him an hour and a bit to do, but during this time his full focus was getting me back on the road. Highly recommend him to anyone. Really recommend the service! The locksmith (Michael) was super professional and was even in contact with me whilst on holidays. They were able to unlock my car (a renault) without damage and program new keys, a feat that no other locksmith claimed to be able to do. Even Renault told me they would need to tow my car because they can't open the door. Very happy with the service and I now have working keys that are affordable and just as good (if not the same) as the ones Renault originally provided.nSuper happy with the service would recommend to anybody and everybody.
