Bayside Council

The library is a nice place to relax and read. Also with the free use of computers really helps. Staff are always friendly enough

First time reviewing a council but I am very impressed with how Bayside responds to their communities needs. Queries and complaints are dealt with in an efficient and personal manner. Phone call confirmation & updates from council staffers are common and always conducted professionally.

Was quite worried before I went there after seeing all those negative reviews. But it actually turned out quite well. The lady at the service desk was quite polite and the approval was issued the next day. Much more efficient than I thought.

I lost our rubbish bin for more 10 days, today is new Year Eve. I rang the council to for help. The staff lady answered my just in a few minutes and ordered a bin me, (Ref: 223976) in a minute, I am vary happy for the servicen15 Begonia St.

Disgracefully slow services, and lack of respect for the community and environment. Environmental practices need to be changed or improved. Their contractors are the worst. They have also changed the communication to their FB page, censored the reviews and set posts to post approval, so if they see a post they decide to not like they ignore it. It used to be so easy to report a problem or issue to them. As rate payers we deserve a better service.
