Lisa from the Balloon Saloon at Maroubra was so helpful and polite. It’s rare these days to come across someone whom goes the extra mile just because they care about customer service and their product. A big thank you and well done Lisa for doing such a great job.

Brilliant customer service! I called to order air filled balloons for my partners birthday as they offered free delivery for orders over $80. Not only were they able to accept my order with only a days notice, but they were also able to deliver the very next day after 4.30pm on a Thursday, as that was the only time I could be home. The balloons were a HUGE surprise! We ended up with 51 balloons that filled our lounge room! We got so many photos and they are still perfectly inflated 2 weeks later with no signs of deflating any time soon. Money well spent!! Thanks team for helping me make the surprise so much more exciting. :D

2nd time using these guys and absolutely 5 star service from the team and the quality of their balloons and setups are amazing! Order was delivered early, super easy to order and communicate with the team about colours and what works best. The normal balloons lasted longer than expected foil balloons are still up after nearly 1 month! Thanks for making our iso birthdays better! :)
