Extremely satisfied with the 20m Festoon lights :)nThe quality of the product is better than I expected! The cables feel tough and durable, definitely made to last unlike other products on the market. The purchasing process was effortless and delivery was very swift. Although I had one faulty bulb, it did come with plenty of spares which I am tremendously satisfied with (two thumbs up here!). I positioned the lights under our pergola and it completely transformed the area. If anything, I feel the lights are a tad bright and wished I could have more control with a dimmer function. Was a little nervous at first buying a product I had not seen online, from a company I had not dealt with, but I could not recommend these guys enough !! Placed my order and response back via email was almost immediate. I also received follow up emails keeping me up to date. Product arrived within the week and was exactly what I was looking for. Good service and good quality. Will be purchasing again from this company as I am renovating an entire house !!

I wanted a space to relax in and recently decorated a room for just that. But the soft lighting I wanted was missing. And then a floor lamp that was just right caught my eye. Perfect! Even more perfect was the great service and quick delivery. Highly recommend The Lightning Outlet.

Poor after sales experience!nnWas recommended a dimmer switch as universal with wall plates, but it is NOT - then told by Emily C basically “too bad” - you’ll have to buy a bunch of wall plates and find one to fit - with no apology. A just “deal with it” attitude - not good enough!!nnWell it’s also not good enough when you pay $$ for a sparky to come out and install, to only have them work out the expensive recommended dimmer isn’t compatible.nnRated 2/5 as chat functionality and delivery experience were great otherwise would have scored 1/5

Very happy with the service and product quality. We knew exactly what we needed , (Martec Linear Exhaust Fan - already had one in other bathroom). It was the best price in-store or on-line and we just wanted to try them. Delivery was quick, packing well suited the product. Will definitely purchase again from lighting outlet and have no hesitation to recommend them.
