I ordered a chair from this website over a month ago. It had missing pieces. I sent a picture of the pieces I had and they said they would send the missing pieces to me. 2 weeks later and I get a package with some of the missing pieces however not all of them. I emailed them straight away then didn't hear back from them for over a week. Today I get an email asking for another picture of the pieces I received. This has been alot of mucking around for an office chair. I can definitely say I will never use this website again. So unprofessional and more headache than it's worth. A month later and I'm still waiting for my missing pieces to set my office chair up. Only use this website if your lonely and feel like pointless emails asking for pictures back and forth or if your excited at the idea of waiting a couple of months for your product.

Bought 2 scales from them, both faulty within 2 months. Too much trouble to get them exchanged. They just give you a run around.
