James at Mr Minit Richmond provides good old fashioned customer service. He is always smiling, friendly and so helpful. Our kids don’t let us go to Richmond Marketplace without saying hi to James as he is always so happy and kind! I’d previously been back and forth to different repairers for my shoes but since coming here, I will not go anywhere else again! The prices are very reasonable and there is such a variety of things to choose from. Thank you for always providing us with a pleasant experience and great workmanship on our purchases.
