Didn’t even show up, called 5 times, promised a phone call back , nothing, now it’s closed for the weekend, not professional at allnnEdit to add, it’s Monday now, had to ring again this morning, was promised a call out today, now the technician called, told me how hard his life was, all the jobs he had, and that he couldn’t make it to do my job today, still haven’t had a call from the office, so there is 2 days I have stayed home from work waiting for these people! I expect someone here tomorrow! Seriously so unprofessional, I’ve rang twice again and they won’t even answer
