DO NOT GIVE THIS AGENCY MONEY!! Worst service, unprofessional and uses conman tackticts to keep your money. Do not expect anything but loss of money and time. If you have had previous issues with this agency I urge you to report it to CBS. This business needs to be audited!

I am not happy with this service at all! I bought two tickets for my brother and his wife from Switzerland to Adelaide. I bought tickets around 2 month before their arrival to avoid sharp prices. However, one week before their flight, from the global air agency contacted me regarding an issue about my tickets and they gave me other options to choose from for flight dates! when I contacted Emirates airline directly, to my great surprise, they mentioned my flights was never confirmed and it was canceled from the agency!! For a few days I was in hassle of contacting the agency multiple times and they kept saying due to some system issues we could not take the flights!! It was so inconvenient for me. At the end they bought me tickets that has 8 hours stops at Dubai which was really inconvenient compared to our own two hour original.
