Answer: MISTRUST.nnAnd those customers present, if you thought I were wrong?nIf it were you, you wouldn't be singing that song.nnWe did resolve the matter in the end, thank God I have to say. Nobody wants unpleasantness.nnExtra star - because I don't want it to just be about the negatives. This has been MY experience. Wished it could have been better. For my part, I apologized for reacting to being upset.nnFinally, I'm for supporting the little guys (small business)....nnJust give us confidence in how we are treated and in what we buy

The bloke that served me was awesome ... while trying to sell me stuff. Not so much when I needed some genuine customer service.nnLess than 24 hours after I bought a boxed item, which he couldn’t give me all the dimensions of, I rang to ask if I could retrun it, because it was the wrong size. I explained that it was still unopened and fully packaged. He didn’t offer me another size initially, but told me they don’t give refunds for people just changing their minds. (He was next to me when I rang trying to confirm correct sizing needs with my partner, because he was putting on the hard sell for me to buy it).nnHe went on to tell me that they don’t do refunds because people have “treated us like a bank” in the past. He couldn’t explain how this related to my circumstances but then accused me of just changing my mind, because I hadn’t asked for a bigger size. Apart from the fact the one I bought was the only one in visible in the place at the time, he also hadn’t offered a bigger size to me as an option. When I told him this, he said he could sell me a bigger one ... but he’s have to order it in. Now I have to go without a suitable sized item, because I need it now, and can’t get my money back to buy a bigger one someone has in stock.nnSo all in all, he got my money out of me, refused to take the item back for a refund, even though he couldn’t offer me a different itemnIn it’s place. The item was still unused and unopened, and it was literally less than a day since I bought it, but that $149 was more important to him than my recommendations and ongoing business. (I had also initially bought about $80 worth of other items at the time).nnHahaha, went on after arguing to ask me if I was on drugs ...nnLegal? ProbablynEthical? Absolutely notnn*** DO NOT BUY FROM HERE unless you are absolutely certain the item is 100% what you need and are expecting, regardless if the hard sell is put on you ***
