The gentleman at the Nowra RTA was extremely helpful. More than expected. I had made a mistake while trying to do my rego on line and he fixed it all up. Thank you.

Returned my plates after scrapping my car on a day when the system was down. A team member told me I was fine to leave my plates with them - they'd process them & I would receive a refund on my registration. 2 months later I get a renewal notice - turns out my plates have been lost in the abyss & I am now entitled to no refund...

On the few occasions I have had to go into the office in south Nowra the staff have been nothing but helpful, friendly and very professional and at times going out of the way to help people. The wait time was almost zilch. Great staff.

Everything went well, just the wait is such a drag.

One of the workers were unlocking the door and were on their way in but would not walk 3 meters in the door to give me some P Plates because “it was still 15 minutes until they opened.”nnIt would have taken less than 10 seconds.nnThanks for nothing, I was just trying to follow my licence requirements.
