Picking out light fittings for our new house was done professionally. However, it was all downhill from there. Firstly, they forgot to put the order through and it was all rushed when the electrician required the fittings. Secondly, one of the pendant lights delivered was cracked through and had obviously not been checked prior to being delivered - we ended up having to get floor stock as the replacement as it was a matter of urgency. Then they forgot to order the garage light and did not deliver the one we picked out, and they forgot to include a cover for the garage light. We had to go back and forth so many times with them and are overall unimpressed and disappointed with their service.
