I really should have written this review earlier. It was very remiss of me... We've bought a few things here and the service is FANTASTIC, second to none. Last time we bought a cooler and thought we'd get the instructions online. When we did go on line there was a manufacturers note saying some of the units had been faulty.. We took the appliance back and the lovely bloke, who is so HONEST didn't even check on line to make sure we weren't being less than honest ourselves... He just immediately refunded, no iffs no buts... In this day and age it is astounding to find someone of that calibre, someone as decent and fair as you have found everywhere once in the community. We can Thoroughly recommend this establishment and this fantastic human being. Jan and jack Wallace. And dog lovers!
