Bought from these guys multiple times now, and honestly they are some of the loveliest people I've ever encountered in retail (online, on the phone and in person). The sheets we got have been superb over the past 2 years, and just replaced some pillow cases (our fault we accidentally burned our last ones - long story). They made it super easy over the phone, online and when I made a silly boo boo on putting in the wrong postal address, I called and the lovely chippy woman (Gretchen?) on the phone fixed it up in a jiffy! Will update once the new pillow cases arrive, but I have no doubt of the quality and service.
