I don't know why there are so many negative reviews about the receptionists at this clinic, I have been here many times and they have all been lovely and polite. Wait times even with appointments are to be expected with a busy bulk billed clinic, the longest I've had to wait is around 45 min and I think that is fine as they do their best to give each patient the time and care that is needed.nMy regular doctor at this clinic is Dr Jeanne Winarta, she is always lovely and professional and makes me feel comfortable. She explains things thoroughly and suggests alternative options if current treatment isn't working.nThe pathology nurses can be busy, you can avoid long wait times by going first thing before they open but overall they are quick and polite and get the job done in a timely manner.nAs a long time resident in Hurstville I have been to just about every clinic in the area, and this one is definitely one of the better ones.

I would like to thank all the doctors, medical staff and the reception for the incredible work they do to assist sick and unwell people during this difficult time. Iam saddened by some patients they form a habit of writing negative reviews of hard working and dedicated professionals.nnThanks to the dedicated medical staff your life is safer here.

Great experience as a first-timer.nnI had an informal referral from physio Claire that made me feel comfortable and welcome! Claire is awesome; she listens to me and gives the best advice to me.nnI barely waited to be helped when I checked in. The staff and Dr. Esther Win were all very friendly and helpful. I especially loved how Dr. Esther Win really took her time to listen to my situations as well as given me a prescription for my skin on my finger. It’s rare to find a doctor that combines such personal touches and care for a patient as a person with an outstanding quality of medical care. I had a great visit, and the doctor’s demeanour has really put me at ease, so I highly recommend this clinic.

I am writing this review only for the GP whom I visited yesterday Dr.Chandrakala Sharma. I thought she will give me good consultation as we both are from same nationality. But I found her worst she might be good with Aussie people. I went to collect my report and she was like should I print it i said yes and after printing she was asking me do i need to explain i was like its 5 page report and 5-6 blood tests are done. She should be concerned why this much tests have been done. She asked me later on abt my condition as a question and not an explanation. Like seriously and very unprofessional as well i told her that another DR A has told me this. And she was like I don’t know what A have told you like with patients you need to address even if she is your close friend as DR but she was just calling out my name. There are more but I don’t want to write more.
