Love the shop great quality products.The customer service was horrible at that particular store. I asked for help a couple times and staff seemed uninterested. It was like I was bothering them. I felt uncomfortable so just left. Would rather purchase online or visit different store.
I'm a big fan of this brand ,,,but today I was looking for Christmas accessories to decorate my place, I spent like 10 minutes walking around and no one could even dare to say hi or offer any help for what I was looking for...they just keep chatting to each other...then other customers come after me and the young boy whent to them to see if they need any help...and that just left me with a not nice feeling...it's not like they didn't see me ...I don't think I'll be back to this store again.
Professional and polite stuff.
Excellent products at reasonable prices, staff were friendly and patient.
