Not sure why it has such a bad rating. Really nice local shop that my parents go to. Robin the handyman is really helpful and gives good advice. He gives us exchanges when we buy the wrong part as long as it isn't damaged.

I have done key cut in this store couple of times and each time it was done professionally and efficiently. It was perfect and the store owner are very friendly. Worth shopping!

Please do not waste your time at this place. They cannot cut a car key properly. I spent $40 to buy the key shell and get it cut. I could lock the door however not open it. Which was fine as I understand that new keys can be a bit rough. I came back the next day hoping they would check it out. However a different person served me this time who had no clue what she was doing. She insisted that it could be my door lock which had a problem. I know this is not the case as I have 2 original keys which makes opening and locking effortless. She told me to come back when the man who did my keys would return. In my next visit when the man was there he asked me to park in front of the shop so he can personally see what's wrong. So I relocated my car in front of the shop however found that they have closed / locked their shop door. There was no notice or anything left at the front. Absolutely ridiculous. Very dodgy and disappointed that a business as such would even exist.

Sometimes they have something I can't find from the market. Although a bit expensive, I like this shop.
