5 scores specially for Valerie, she is super nice to help me to get my L license. And she is a very clever person she try to talk to me in Mandarin and Cantonese, great experience!

Worst experience ever! I was told to come back yesterday because the system is out and then I came back today and they told me that my visa and passport doesn't have the same name because of my middle name! I'm from Philippines and they don't ask for my middle name in my visa. I explained it to them and they still refused it! I came back thrice! And shout out to miss Cristine who is a Filipina also who didn't back me up regarding the middle name! I went to other branch Rockdale Service in the same day and without any questions they gave me my Working with Children! Such a rubbish customer service!

I had a problem with my name on my licence many years ago that technology back then could not fix it. So after all this time, I went in to Hurstville to get my WWC and renew my licence and they quickly noticed that I did not have my proper middle name on my driver licence.nI went back a couple of days later and Natalie processed my application and she was very pleasant, professional and helpful to finalise it all.nThe COVID 19 security check officer when I first arrived was also very pleasant and friendly as well.nI highly recommend this Service NSW branch.nThank you.

Absolutely disgusting experience and I’m fuming with anger. Was given a ticket which was already called at 4.49pm I entered the building at 4.54pm. After waiting til 5.10pm, staff all packing away and chatting, no customers left at the service, I highlighted I was still waiting to be served. Cristie insisted she called and very rudely and annoyingly said “I called! Where were you?”. Didn’t even bother checking, continued on with very unfriendly, rude attitude. Made me speechless since I pretty much wasted 15 mins for no reason what so ever! And to be yelled at For YOUR mistakes is not acceptable!!
