MAX Employment Sutherland

Max Employment have been very helpful in helping me with the problems I raised especially Shah, who is polite and courteous and accomdating.

I have attempted 2 days in a row to contact Max Employment Sutherland. Day 1 I was on hold for 39 minutes before connected. I. got through at 5.04 (after closing hours) she said she couldn't hear me and hung up. I called back but they had shut for the day, clearly she did not want to work after 5. following day on hold for 1 hours 18 minutes and still have not been answerednABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE

Awful. Bad at communicating. I’ve had multiple phone appointments that they never called, they rescheduled my appointments without telling me to times I couldn’t make it. It takes HOURS to get in contact with anyone.

Nice place if you show you are looking for work they will help you i never had to do an hour job search there ever as long as i proved each week i looked up 10 jobs they were happy with that

Thanks to Kellie and Dianne and the team at Max Employment I had some issues with Max prior but we managed to sort them out If your greninue about wanting to find a job they will support you thanks for your support so fat guys
