My wife had a pair of shoes that she really loved but wore them down due to cheap rubbering of the heel. Dennis was able to restore the shoes to level that is better than the original by using higher quality materials. Glue on the leather heel, heel tip is wider than the heel. Second heel looks a bit better. I understand that $17 is not much for shoe repair and worth only 10-20 minutes of work however the result is not up to my standards, sorry. Happy to pay higher price for a better job.

I had thought I’d ruined my $350 Loakes however he brought them back to life in a big way. New heels and soles, I had worn right through the leather in the forefoot so he worked some magic on a shoe that from what I read online was unrepairable. Price was about right. Many thanks
