Good selection of products and reasonable shipping times but beware!n1. They charge you a fee for every order you make (I have never been charged extra before for using my credit card or paypal)n2. They take ***40%*** back of what you paid as a restocking fee even if there is nothing wrong with the return and it's not even opened (I was trying to return jars I didn't need) :( :( :(

The customer service is outstanding! The oils I buy here are strong & smell fantastic. I don't know where they're sourced but they are definitely processed local. Pick up smells wonderful.. Gabriellea&Rita are an excellent front for an Aussie business.

Great place for anything soap and candles, they have all manner of different waxes and candlmaking tools , always helpful and knowledgeable to give you tips , friendly staff and process your orders while you wait to pick up. They have hundreds of different fragrances and you can test them there and purchase all quantities from a little to a lot! 5 stars

Very nice selection of items for candle making. I made my purchases via the Eroma website which provided a lot of information and good descriptions for items.nnMy one bug bear is not being able to identify which items are stocked in which warehouse while I am selecting. I got charged 2 sets of shipping fees for the one order because the items I chose were from different warehouses. Had I known I would have waited till there was stock available in one warehouse.nnProcessing can can take some time so allow some lead time.
