I did my driver's test this area and I was very disappointed. Not because I failed but because the service was horrible. First of all, the instructor that did my test was mean and very rude. I didn't even know his name. At first he didn't greet me with a hello, or even introduce himself, while he knew my name from my details provided. The way he was sitting during the test was so unprofessional, I felt very uncomfortable(he sat as if he was having a beer in his own car), and the moment I made a mistake, he was screaming at me and that's when I completely lost all my focus on the test. I was terrified and by the time we got back to the office I couldn't stop shaking. I really hope this center will train them officers to be a little more human and patience with drivers on the road. It's possible for mistakes and sometimes serious problems to occur during tests, and it's part of their job to deal with it in a professional way, but not respond in a way that would make the customers feel unsafe and uncomfortable. I couldn't complain directly on the day of my test because I was soo scared. But I will never recommend this kind of service from this specific person (wish I knew his name) to instruct new drivers.

Terrible service and horrible testing center! Makes everyone fail. They make you keep driving until they have a reason to fail you. In additon racist undertones in how they communicate to their customers!! RMS need to audit this place as something smells corrupt!! This service is supposedly here to serve the public. Revenue raising theives at Wetherill Park RMS.

Rude staff... lady Cristina thinks she own the rms..pffft. anywhere but here...

I would give this place 0 stars becuase they make people wait in a line while there are no restrictions in NSW anymore. This is ridiculous more than 150 people are standing out side waiting to get in.

Very polite and friendly staff. The door person was very helpful.
