Pioneer Medical Practice

Lovely practice, I have seen a female doctor here she was very nice. The podiatrist that visits the practice is fantastic. Sandra the receptionist is so lovely and very welcoming and friendly.

I have seen one of the male doctors today for my daughter's vaccination..n1- He asked me about symptoms and insisted on me to answer yes or no before moving to the other symptom (he rudely said: answer my question yes or no!!! ).n2- He was questionning why i m not following up with the same doctor at another medical center and blaming me in a rude way why the blue book wasn't filled by another gp previously.nI did not like the way he lead the consultation and was about to leave but respected him.

Been coming here for years. Great doctors, always very clean and practice offers lots of allied services so it’s a one stop shop. Great location too inside Stocklands shopping.

Location of practice is inside busy shopping center so i expected a long wait but there was no wait at all. The doctor was very attentive and thorough, reception lady was very friendly and the place looked brand new. I'll be making this my regular

Have been going there for a few years. Always had my son vaccinated there with no issues, the nurses were very nice and friendly. Receptionists were always nice. I think the experience varies with the doctors... I always go to the female doctor, she is okay. I think once we got a male doctor for when my son was sick (can't remember his name) and they way he communicated things wasn't very nice and friendly. That was the only time we had an unpleasant experience at this centre, afterwards I always ask for the female doctor.
