Been getting my Macula treated by Dr James Jabbour, for almost 3 years now, all seems to be going quite well so far thanks be to the Almighty..nI couldn't be happier with the staff and the Dr's knowledge and expertise.nI highly recommend this surgery to anyone with eye concerns.nThanks Dr James, God bless. ud83dude4f

Very poor and Unprofessional receptionist service !!!!nI’m extremely disappointed that every time I have rang regarding an appointment and they have no idea of dates or which suburb. I was on the phone for ten minutes now and throughout the conversation she was confused and unsure which dates and what suburb mums appointment is at. They gave us a Saturday appoint at one stage we turned up to the appointment and the Surgery wasn’t open. I just spoke to one of the receptionist at Merrylands as usual she very confused and gave me different answers regarding mum’s appointment. I gave her the date and then she said the Dr is not in on Thursday in Merrylands her appointment is in Burwood. I said but they’ve given her an appointment for Thursday in Merrylands and then she said I thought it was for the following week. Her appointment is this Thursday.

Very unprofessional clinic. They told me it’s going to be 150$ and then charged me 300$ in the last without intimating me that they are doing tests which are going to cost me.nThey took more than a month to send in report and no images were sent.nStaff is very cold and the doctor was in a rush and visibly frustrated to explain things.nI wouldn’t recommend this clinic to anybody.nThey are only about money.

Why do you have a phone number if youre never going to anwer the phone?

Poor servicenNO interpreter was booked and when I request one for my mum the reception was very rude told me that we are not providing interpreters for Patients. I had to come with my restless baby for consultation for my mum to do interpreting for her. I could not concentrate in one hand I had to calm my baby in onther hand I had to do interpreting it was awkward moment for me and for my mum. $150 paid,we the left the centre with uncertainty.for 15 mins operation we need to pay $2000. WOW
