High Commission of Sri Lanka in Canberra

I've had to contact them several times recently and each time I was treated courteously and efficiently by the staff, especially Ms. Aravindhi and Mr. Kosala. Keep up the good work!

I called them 6 days in a raw but no one's answering the phone. Very bad customer service.

Called and called and called and at last when the call is connected the person isn’t available. Called a another department and another and another....but got the same response. How on Earth the high commission of SriLanka can be this much useless and pathetic.

Special thanks to Yamuna for being so attentive to all our calls during this disheartening period. It’s important to sympathize and understand the situation people are in when answering calls, we found it so incredibly difficult to communicate with people of the HC same goes for the HC in Melbourne. Thankfully Yamuna answered our call to help out with all our queries. This review is purely based on her help.

Worst place of service in this Earth. Shame for Sri Lankan hospitality. Please respond serve people promptly when you have been contacted Thank you
