The communication and service was outstanding, we had many questions which were answered in a short period of time and the staff was friendly and very helpful. Applying for a visa can be very stressful, Nicole helped us to make this process as least stressful as possible.

I had a really good experience when I went to the Austrian embassy in Camberra. Specially because of the staff which was really friendly and helpful.

I never been to the embassy of Austria but I have submitted my Schgen Visa at VFS Adelaide, I live in Sydney but couldn't make an appointment at Sydney so I flight to Adelaide for the earliest appointment. I submitted my application on September 16, the staff at VFS Adelaide is friendly and professional. My case is quite urgent and I hope I could get visa approval and my passport back in a week, the staff told me it's quite impossible because she never seen embassy would process Visa application that quick due to the workload and she suggests me to change my date of flight BUT I could HAND IN MY PERSONAL REQUEST with other supporting documents. I was about to change my flight yesterday but I got a SMS to inform me that my application was approved and they have sent my passport back to Sydney! 30 minutes ago, i just signed my parcel and get my passport, and my flight is tonight! I don't need to pay extra money to change my flight. I'm so excited and graceful to everyone who worked for my application! Thank you so much!

Coudn't book an appointment in the sydney general consulte, so i was redirected to the Embassy of Austria for help, upon me explaining, i was cut off and told to send an email and that i well get help with my visa. Upon sending my email, i get an automated message back saying to apply at the sydney general which in the beginning was the issue as the system woudn't let you. Totally disgraceful behavour by the Austrian Embassy.

That ridiculous they can’t issue my visa in time. I’ve been waiting over one month. I just apply for tourist visa. It’s really slow process.
