I went there a few days ago, not to submit any documents, but just to talk to them about visa application. These Irish people know how to treat other people, from the cleaner to the most important representative you receive great treatment. They made me feel at easy and provided me with all the information I needed. Thanks for the great service.

I called in to discuss some nuances of FBR eligibility and although these inquiries (and applications) aren't handled by embassies anymore, the lovely staff were able to provide me an direct number to the FBR department in Ireland. Saved me sitting in the DFAT's call queue all night.

Everyone here and in Brisbane was as pleasant and helpful as they could be. When I stuffed things up , they quietly and efficiently rectified what I had done . Thank you all
