Unqualified and unskilled staff no manner on how to speak with other on phone they hangup without answering to the question. They seems like they are here to make easy money, they dont have respect for others time nor they have respect for their own time..

Unprofessional people with terrible emergency response. Don’t even understand why they are here. Being a Nepali I don’t feel that our embassy actually cares about us. If there would be an option I will give - minus 5 star!
