Thanks to the staff at Centrelink. I had my issue solved very quickly and efficiently with the system to manage clients is very comfortable, informative and helpful.

Went in on a weekday around 10am, line was not huge and the wait to see someone was around 20minutes. Staff were very helpful and sorted my issue out without problem.

I have a very bad experience with a white male staff. The purpose of him is to stop you get the payment you are entitled to. Especially asian applicants, don't trust him, go somewhere else to apply
