Called the Merrylands office. The woman who answered refused to give her name (Van). Then hung up and would not answer my repeated ph calls. I called a different number and spoke to the assistant manager who was extremely rude and dismissive. All I wanted was to know the name of the person I was talking to. He then rudely hung up and my return calls were not answered. Very unprofessional from a company that calls itself a “ disability employment agency “nI would never recommend them ever again to anyone. During meetings with them they belittle you and make you feel worthless. They look down their nose at you and don’t believe you are looking for work. They gave me incorrect information regarding Centrelink. All they want to do is “clear their books” of clients.

They have the worst customer service everyone that i have dealt with over the phone has a very bad attitude, would not recommend to anyone they send you to work and then they dont pay you until you get fairwork involved.nTheir manager i have no issues with its the staff thats very unprofessional

Didn't have to wait long, my consultant was informative and helpful. Office was clean and simple, had access to internet, desktops and printers.

Decent place, will give you a fair go so long as you are doing the right thing.
