I done the program on the 19 of December online and completed it jill said they would send me a certificate for the rms but I have not received it when I wrangler yesterday Jill spoke to me really rudely and said she was on holidays bad luck now I'm without a driver's licence which I need for work this is 1 of the most poorly run organisation I have seen please don't get court like me it's a night mare quick to take money though
I’m not sure if anyone else has had the same issue, however they do NOT offer a “100% MONEY BACK GUARANTEE if you do not gain any benefits from our program in your Court Case, with the RMS or Personally” as stated on their website.nnI have waited 2 months for a refund, called and email numerous times, absolute joke.
I signed up for this and my lawyer told me that they were not advertise in court do when I asked for a refund they basically told me to get stuffed. Will call fair works tomorrow. Not happy!
