I love the new service of the Embassy. They speak courteously and treat you with respect. Unlike before (2017), they sound irritated and not willing to serve you. Good job!
Outstanding service from the Philippines embassy, the staff onsite were very polite and helpful. Having travelled all the way from Melbourne, it was definitely worth it. Thank you for your excellent service and most importantly support!
I read lots of negative review before going hence I was prepared to experience the worst. To my surprised it's quite the opposite. The consular people from reception to processing documents was a informative & pleasant experienced. People are friendly, courteous & well explained about the process/steps. We drove from Mebourne 7 hrs drive, stay the night, went to the Philippine Embassy by 9 renewed my passport & by 1030am we were done & drove back to Melbourne.
Worst embassy. I tried to call but I think the person who answered didn't understand English well or just wasn't qualified to do her job. Was told to email. Have now been waiting 20 days for a reply. I would expect more from an embassy. There is no embassy here in Perth so I have no choice but to wait for these useless people to get back to me whenever they feel like it.
Edit - Complained on their Facebook page and got a response via messenger straight away! Maybe that's the best way to contact them....
Five Star to Ate Rowena who assisted me with my passport renewal here in Perth for the Mobile Mission this November 11,2019.She is so positive and helpful.She was smiling the whole time and made me feel comfortable.Kudos to her for doing her job exceptionally and beyond.Everyone should be like her.Super mabait.
