Called to ask if terry could engineer a welded chassis brace to a 4wd. Told that I could ask a quick question. So I did. The he proceeded to tell me that it was not his position to give advice but to make an appointment. So why agree to the question being asked in the first place. I just want to know if I got this done could he engineer it ? Then he hung up on me. So don’t bother. Poor customer service.
Terry N Toomey carried out a very thorough and professional inspection of my car. I have no hesitation in taking my car to obtain an Engineer's certificate to him.
No customer service at all over the phone. Didn't want anything to do with me. Put me straight into the too hard basket. I'm sure he'd be okay for small modifications but I personally wouldn't bother.
