Both times I went to Service NSW Blacktown to do my driving tests, HPT and Provisional licensing. It was the first time I’ve ever visited the service centre. The staff which included the security guards were all very friendly and helpful. Went there to do Hazard perception test and after passing that test I asked if I can book for my Provisional driving test and there was a lovely young lady that booked the Provisional driving test for me the next day as there was a cancellation on the system. I was able to past both tests first time around and within 2 days straight. It pays to go in to the centre as booking for Provisional testing availability online can take up-to a month to book and my learner’s driving license was about to expire end of the month (less than 2 weeks). Queues to wait was minimal as there were plenty of staff on the floor that was ready to help out.

I am so happy to get Abdul as my examiner. He is really cool, which helped me reduce my tension and finally passed the test. His instructions were very clear which helped me taking the right decision time to make decisions when driving.

Easy to park, don’t need to wait at all, all the staff at the centre are just extremely friendly and professional. The lady who served me was so professional organised and nice.

Today i passed my test in 5th time with the great officer i am not sure about name i think alan he was very quiet and kind man i never forget him love u
