Don't even bother. Take your business to some other country. This one can't even answer a phone.

Spent a long time going through the menus only to find the option I chose didn't answer my query. Opted for operator option and remained on line for nearly 15 minutes - NO answer. There is no option to send an e-mail query through either. My question could probably be answered in 2 minutes. You are there to provide a service for the British citizens in Australia - do your job!!!! Would have given less than 1 star if I could!!!!!

I must admit I read all the scathing reviews posted by other callers and did have a small panic.. but i chose to ignore them and give them a call. I had the most wonderful conversation, my endless questions were all answered. I have called many immigration departments over the years, but this one was a real treat! Thank you!

Maybe have a human answer the phone. Your phone options aren't relevant to my query.

After reading the reviews I was plesently surprised that the operator (extension 0) was extremely helpful and pointed me in the right direction. The maze of which is the gov.uk Website is difficult to navigate and the operator helped me with the relevant information and contact details.
